General terms and conditions of purchase

Please read the following General Terms and Conditions of Purchase carefully before using our services and purchasing our products:


I.- Scope of application

All contracts, product purchases and services shall be carried out in accordance with these terms and conditions. These general conditions of purchase shall apply to all future transactions without the need for a new express agreement.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the full binding  contract of sale presented in these conditions with SUCESORES DE HERMANOS LOPEZ SA.

SUCESORES DE HERMANOS LOPEZ SA may periodically modify these General Conditions of Purchase, the latest version of which may be consulted at any time on this website.


II.- Communication with the client

Upon placing an order, the customer must indicate at least a telephone number and an email address, whose function must be ensured from the time the order is placed until the completion of the order. All indicated product prices on the website include VAT and other taxes that may apply.  Shipping costs are the only additional costs and are:

A delivery is considered complete as soon as the delivery company makes the product available to the customer, as indicated by the carrier's control system.  It is the recipient's responsiblity to check the order at the time of delivery and indicate any issues, justifiable complaints or if the package was rejected due to tampering or was opened prior to delivery.

Our articles are guaranteed for the period indicated in the current legislation.


VIII. Returns

No returns will be accepted unless they are in their original packaging and in perfect condition, except in the case of defective merchandise.

Claims for possible incidents, for example, the product is delivered was damaged, incorrect, or any other cause susceptible to claim, will be treated as follows:

Right of withdrawal
