Bread with olive oil is one of the most common foods in our cuisine, used primarily ar breakfast but is also present in the rest of the meals.
Make this recipe with our Extra Virgin Olive Oils Morellana to add a special touch.
175 ml of water
1/2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
225 grams of wholewheat flour
1 teaspoon of salt
40 grams of sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of powdered milk
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
Mix in a bowl the whole wheat flour with the active dry yeast and a tablespoon of salt.
Add the water and the extra virgin olive oil slowly to the dry ingredients and mix it all together until you get a homogeneous dough.
Let the dough rise without kneading for 2 hours in the same bowl, covered with a damp cloth.
After the two hours, knead the dough until it has the desired shape and place the dough on a greased tray with baking paper.
Bake at 220 Cº for approximately 20 minutes.
